it’s been really nice.
to not be going at a
furiously fast pace
these last few days.
and the Lord has showered His blessings over me.
i am once again reminded that
He is teaching me to stop.
and to listen.
and it’s a new thing for me.
a hard thing for me.
because i like to just fill up everything.
every space.
every empty spot on the calendar.
every thought.
and, as auntie B reminded me,
it’s kind of like L and i have
a little sliver of summer left
before he starts school
(more on all of that soon).
