for the first time,
in a long time,
i have a little room to breathe.
and it’s awesome.

my sis has been able to
come and watch L
a couple mornings a week
while the bigs are in school.
and until this week,
i have used every drop of that time
to deal with a couple of big things
going on with our sweet L.

big things like
preparing to fight the school district
for some things that he will need
in order to attend school again
and another government agency
that has been the opposite of helpful.

but now, those things are in motion
and i can just breathe.
and it feels wonderful.

B has been working at home
for quite a while
and now he is at
a real job
with a real boss
in a real office.
so we’ve been in transition to this new life.
and breathing.
lots of breathing.

Now I commit you to God
and to the word of his grace,
which can build you up
and give you an inheritance
among all those who are sanctified.
