twirls of curls.

it’s {embrace} the camera day!

i’ve been noticing lately that K’s hair

desperately needed a trim.

a few snips here and a few snips there.
and voila!

when i finished, she asked if all the curls were gone.
the poor thing thought that i had cut them all off!

little did she know that the curls just coiled right back up
and went on their merry little way.

i did tell her about 493 times
“now remember, only mommy cuts your hair, right?”
we’ll see if that works.
i’ll be sure to let you know.

  1. WOW…that's amazing you can cut your children's hair. Like Wendy, I too tried to cut bangs on a moving 16 month old…scary. Needless to say, we now go to a pro.

NIce job…she's precious. Love her curls.

  2. seriously, our K's are long lost curly haired twins! i get asked constantly what products we use for her! and also do i curl it!! yes, she stands very still for hours as i curling iron each little curl every morning! 🙂

  3. I love all your shots….especially the army men with the sofa…and I LOVE your new grass!! Is it itchy!! Our backyard needs grass and I love this idea!!!!

  4. Wow! Those curls!
(I've been loving early bedtimes, too. For me & husby. We've been in bed shortly after the kids lately!)

  5. abby's dreaming of those curls! 🙂 okay, now divulge. what kid-safe product do you use on those curlie-q's? xoxo
