well, L’s been having seizures again.
it’s such a bummer.
i’m bummed.
i do think i know why he’s having breakthroughs again though.
you remember that he started
that new medicine that stopped his seizures?
well, we are now not able
to get that medication from that specific manufacturer.
it’s no longer available.
anywhere.
it’s a gift knowing what is causing these breakthrough seizures
but it is also so frustrating
because we found what worked
and now we see what is not working.
and there is nothing that we can do.
other than pray.
which is actually more powerful
than anything we could do anyway.
but even in the midst of this,
i do know that He is with us.
He let us rest for a lovely while
and now we’re back to this.
but i’m grateful for
that rest
that is found in the green pastures
amongst walking through the dark valleys.
Surely your goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
forever.
