gratitude
some moments that have been delighting my heart lately.
Luke taking over Bob’s computer this morning with minecraft and do not disturb
the plant falling into the sink
getting to work at the beach
two nights in a row
watching the sun set and the surfers roam about
churro donuts for the win
(and free parking because of those delicious donuts)
the kids being so well taken care of
the fog rolling in at just the most wonderful time
dolphins, of course
when you don’t think he’ll be home for dinner, but then he will, and then brings it home!
her giving me so. much. hope
blessings abound
a 16 minute nap that was glorious
so many opportunities to pray pray pray and talk and listen to God
the greatest photos ever
so much margin with our errands
the guy adjusting my glasses in 4 seconds to perfection
getting my voice back
this hot bath
running out of tape and knowing i needed to stop wrapping “just one more thing”
our Thankful Christmas party with our church crew
the sound of the running water
and how it takes me back to my childhood
seeing the end of the to do list
her support and how life changing it has been
how the referral issue got solved all of a sudden
quick colds for the boys
the light in the baby oak tree sparkling in the day and during the night
being protected by the wayward flag pole in the high winds
the power only being turned off for a brief moment and then for only an hour
and Bob saving the day once again
figuring out what works
seeing her help her friend at ballet
so nurturing and caring
the mom having a fork
which is nothing short of miraculous
