when you can’t get out.

while looking for who knows what,

this is what i heard:
“mom, help! i can’t get out!”

“mom, i found my way out all by myself!”

oh, these are the things that
get me through the day around here.

p.s. i have no idea why my floors look so shiny in the photo.
i can assure you that they are in desperate need of a mopping.

In those days Caesar Augustus issued a decree
that a census should be taken of the entire Roman world.
(This was the first census that took place
while Quirinius was governor of Syria.)
And everyone went to their own town to register.
So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth
in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David,
because he belonged to the house and line of David.

Luke 2:1-4
