twirls of curls.

it’s {embrace} the camera day!

i’ve been noticing lately that K’s hair

desperately needed a trim.
so…

a few snips here and a few snips there.
and voila!

when i finished, she asked if all the curls were gone.
the poor thing thought that i had cut them all off!

little did she know that the curls just coiled right back up
and went on their merry little way.

i did tell her about 493 times
“now remember, only mommy cuts your hair, right?”
we’ll see if that works.
i’ll be sure to let you know.

  1. Cute ~ love all of her curls!!! My oldest…gave herself bangs when she was about 4 ~ ugh…. 🙂

  2. WOW…that's amazing you can cut your children's hair. Like Wendy, I too tried to cut bangs on a moving 16 month old…scary. Needless to say, we now go to a pro.

NIce job…she's precious. Love her curls.

  3. seriously, our K's are long lost curly haired twins! i get asked constantly what products we use for her! and also do i curl it!! yes, she stands very still for hours as i curling iron each little curl every morning! 🙂

  4. I love all your shots….especially the army men with the sofa…and I LOVE your new grass!! Is it itchy!! Our backyard needs grass and I love this idea!!!!

  5. Wow! Those curls!
(I've been loving early bedtimes, too. For me & husby. We've been in bed shortly after the kids lately!)

  6. abby's dreaming of those curls! 🙂 okay, now divulge. what kid-safe product do you use on those curlie-q's? xoxo
